4 servings, time approx. 25 min
4 sour apples
Juice of 1 lemon
½ dl liquid honey
½ dl walnuts or chopped peanuts
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
Peel and split the apples, and remove the seeds. Squeeze the juice from the lemon and dip the apples in it. Place the apples in a greased baking dish.
Mix the nuts and honey, season the mixture with cinnamon and spread it over the apples.
Cook the apples in the middle of the oven at 225 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until they soften.
Serve the honey apples straight from the oven, with whipped cream or ice cream.
