Old-time honey - Häme Highland Honey

10,00

Old-fashioned honey is packed directly in the jar, without adding anything to it, and it crystallizes naturally, just like in the old days. Depending on the summer's main crop, the honey may be very hard and have large crystals, or it may be more runny. Here you can taste the aromas of the honey more strongly than in the soft kneaded one. Old-time honey has been collected from the nurseries of Häme and Pirkanmaa.
