Perfect for use outside the pollen season. Use should be started carefully, if you suspect an allergy, you can start using pollen with one pinch and increase the dose slowly. The color of the pollen indicates which plant the pollen comes from. For example, orange is from dandelion, black is from horssum, and so on. However, pollen also collects pollen from wind-pollinated plants, so if you are allergic to, for example, birch, timothy or the like, you may be exposed to similar pollens in small amounts by consuming pollen collected by bees.
