Hunaja Hetken kaikissa hunajissa ja hunajavalmisteissa vaalitaan laatua ja hunaja käsitellään itse käsityönä mehiläispesistä purkkeihin saakka. Hunaja käsitellään elintarvikehyväksytyissä tiloissa, jotta voimme varmistaa Hunaja Hetken hunajan olevan puhdasta ja laadukasta. Makuhunajissa käytämme pehmeäksi vaivattua, suussa sulavaa hunajaa, jossa hunajan maku ja suklaan maku yhdessä tekevät hunajavalmisteesta täydellisen yhdistelmän. Hunajaa ei missään vaiheessa kuummenneta vaan sitä sekoitetaan ennen purkittamista. Näin hunajan kiderakenne tasoittuu ja hunajasta tulee lusikoitavaa ja hyvin pehmoista. Näin takaamme, että hunajan kaikki hyvät raaka-aineet säilyvät ja hunaja vitamiinit ja hivenaineet eivät katoa.
