Terms of delivery

The online store's products are sold by Hunaja Hetki Oy, ID number 3281677-6. Prices include value added tax (Finnish VAT 24%). International customers are responsible for customs, fees and taxes in their destination country. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.

The delivery time for online orders is normally 1 - 2 weeks, the delivery time for personalized order products is 1 - 3 weeks.


The order is paid at the time of purchase through the Paytrail Oy payment service.

Online banks: OP, Nordea, Handelsbanken, POP Bank, Aktia, Savings Bank, OmaSp, S-bank, Ålandsbanken and Danske Bank

Invoice/part payment: Collector invoice/part payment

Cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express

Other payment methods: MobilePay, Pivo


Receipt/Warranty certificate:

The subscriber will receive a VAT receipt by email when the order has been received.



The customer has the right to return the products within 14 days. If you want to exchange or return the product, please contact us first by email at: info@hunajahetki.fi.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. Products can also be returned to Hunaja Hetke stores.

Hunaja Hetki will reimburse the price of the returned product/products when the return has been received and the product/products found eligible for refund. The returned product must be unused and in its original packaging. Remember to return all parts of the product. Refunds are made to the payment method that was also used in the original payment. 

NOTE Personalized products do not have the right of return, as the product is always unique and designed for the customer. A print of each personalized product is sent to the customer, to which small changes can be submitted to be made once. In the production of a personalized product, the price consists of the majority of the time spent on the design work, if after receiving the print you want to cancel the deal, we will refund half of the final price of the product as well as the shipping costs. Accepting the print is a purchase decision. There is also no right of return for products sold at a reduced price or sold as second-rate. However, if there is an error in the personalized product, please contact us by email.


Force Majeure

Hunaja Hetki takes no responsibility for inconveniences or delays caused by force majeure. Hunaja Hetke has the right to change the delivery conditions. It is the consumer's responsibility to read the order and delivery conditions before ordering.
