Vallinmäki farm's multi-flower honey is freely crystallized honey. The honey is packed liquid and the honey is allowed to crystallize freely with time. Freely crystallized honey is so-called old-fashioned honey, because it has not been processed in any way. You can distinguish old-time honey from the hoar frost on the surface. Härmä is a light pattern on the surface of the honey and indicates that the honey is of high quality.
